IDBI Bank invites online applications in the prescribed format from eligible and suitable applicants for recruitment of 676 posts of Junior Assistant Manager Grade 'O' and Assistant Manager Grade 'A' to be filled for IDBI Bank for the year 2026-27. (Advertisement No. 6-7/2025-26)

1. Assistant Manager Grade 'A': 200 vacancies (UR-81, EWS-20, OBC-54, SC-30, ST-15) (PH-8), Age: 20-30 years as of 01/02/2026, Pay Scale: ₹48480-85920, Qualification: Graduate from a recognised university, Experience: Post Qualification Work Experience of Minimum 2 years in any Bank
2. Advertisement No. 7/2025-26
1. Jr. Assistant Manager Grade 'O': 1100 vacancies, Age: 20-25 years as of 01/03/2026, Remuneration: CTC of ₹6.14 lakh to ₹6.50 lakh (Class A city) at the time of joining, Qualification: A Bachelor’s degree with minimum 60% for General and OBC candidates (55% for SC/ST/PWD candidates) in any discipline

Selection Procedure

The selection process shall comprise an Online Test, Document Verification (DV), a Personal Interview (PI) and Pre Recruitment Medical Test (PRMT). Fitness of the candidates after PRMT would be based on the prevailing guidelines of the Bank.

An application fee of ₹1050/- (₹250/- for SC/ST/PWD) to be paid online by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets providing information as asked on the screen.
